It is with regret that we are forced to close the school to students on Wednesday 24th January 23 due to a gas leak this evening. A large proportion of the school is without heating and hot water, and we are unable to provide any catering facilities.  

We will enact our ‘Home Learning Plan’ where all students are required to log in from home and join online lessons using Microsoft Teams.  

Please see the attached document for instructions for how your child should log in and join lessons online. Please note the change in the timings of the day. A helpful video from Mrs Harrier Wilson supports this process. 

We expect the gas engineers to arrive imminently, so the issue is likely to be resolved swiftly. I will keep you updated throughout the day.
