If you wish to make a complaint, we encourage you to follow our established complaints procedure, which ensures all matters are handled fairly and thoroughly. Our step-by-step process is designed to resolve issues at the earliest possible stage while maintaining positive relationships within our school community. Subject Access Requests (SAR) & Data Protection

Under data protection legislation, parents and students have the right to request access to information that we hold about them.

To submit a SAR, please complete this form and email it to patotheprincipal@haz5d.com

We will respond to all legitimate requests within the statutory timeframe of one month.
